How did you get your results from the It Works Body Wraps? Yes, I get that question all the time.

Lucky for you and everyone else who wants to be skinny by tomorrow, I can explain it. That’s the easy part. The hard part is getting people to actually do it.

You have to follow my mandatory how to and tips page exactly as written, AND… drink enough water.

That’s it.

However, to make those directions even easier, I’m going to list some of my favorite tips.

The FULL step by step instructions in detail can be found – once again – on my mandatory it works body wraps how to and tips page. It is not optional. Please do make sure you read it before even opening your box of wraps.

Consider these the most important for best results section.

Do a FULL treatment

A full treatment is 1 box (four wraps) on the same area of the body. That means, apply one wrap at a time, waiting at least 72 hours or longer between each application, and leave it on anywhere from 45 minutes to 8 hours maximum each time. A full treatment should take at least 2 weeks, but can be spread out over a few months if you choose to.

Clear out the pores first.

I do this by taking a hot shower just before I use the It Works Body Wrap.  By shower, I do not mean lathering down with soap. The hot water will open up the pores. Then air dry and prep the area you are going to wrap with rubbing alcohol. Once again, do not use soap in the shower or lotions. They will load the pores with oils and make it harder for the ingredients  to do their work.

Get the lotion on and keep it there.

This stuff works by soaking into your skin. To help make sure it gets there rather than on your clothes, cover the area with saran wrap or an ace bandage. Then put on a tight fitting piece of clothing to hold the saran wrap or bandage in place. Leave it on for at least 45 minutes, but not more than 8 hours. Most people choose to leave a wrap on for 3-5 hours. Rub any leftover wrap lotion into your skin when the time is up.

Drink Enough Water.

Really, I shouldn’t have to say this again, but I have found that it sometimes helps if I give specific guidelines on what “enough” means. I suggest drinking 1-2 bottles while wearing the wrap, unless you are opting to sleep in it. Then, drink half of your body weight in ounces of water the same day your wrap, plus the 72 hour period after using the wrap. To clarify, this means you drink half your body weight the day you wrap, and EACH of the 3 days that follow. This is incredibly important. If you wrap on a Monday and drink 100oz of water, you need to drink the same 100oz  Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. And remember, it is HALF your body weight, whatever your body weight may be. If you are 200lbs, you would drink 100oz. If you are 180lbs, you would drink 90oz… etc etc etc. You just replace pounds with ounces!

One at a time!

If you are starting with your stomach, do your stomach and only your stomach for the entire 72 hour period. If you are doing your arms you can do both arms, just split one application in half. The gist of it is: one application per 72 hours or longer – on the same body area, since that is considered the full treatment.

Let the Wrap Do Its Thing.

I know you may be eager to clean off and see the results, but you have to let that crazy wrap thing do what it needs to do. After removing the wrap, wait a few hours to shower. Yes a few like more than three. Go to sleep even.  Also, do not exercise the same day you do the wrap. There’ll be plenty of time for that tomorrow, when you are skinnier.

Don’t sabotage your results.

While you are doing a full treatment, whether it takes you two weeks or a few months, it is important that you maintain a healthy lifestyle. Fatty foods, coffee and tea, smoking, sugar and alcohol will affect your results – most likely not in a good way. If you use medications your results may vary, though being on birth control is fine and will not affect your results at all. Monthly water weight from a menstrual cycle will also throw the results- so if you know it is that time of the month, reschedule your wrap if at all possible.

It is entirely possible for you to get the results that I got with the It Works! Body Wrap, you just have to follow the best practices!
